What is the standard shipping timeframe for my order?
We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Will Tappwater filtration systems fit my existing faucet?
Our systems are designed to be compatible with 95% of standard kitchen faucets. Each kit includes a set of adapters; however, please note they are not compatible with pull-out or spray-head faucets.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day risk-free trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund, provided the item is in its original packaging.
How often do I need to replace the filter cartridges?
To ensure optimal water quality and flow, we recommend replacing your filter cartridges every 3 months or after 400 gallons of use, whichever comes first.
Are your products BPA-free and environmentally friendly?
Yes, all Tappwater products are 100% BPA-free and phthalate-free. Our mission is to reduce single-use plastic waste by providing a sustainable alternative to bottled water.
Do you offer a warranty on your filtration hardware?
Every Tappwater system comes with a 1-year limited warranty that covers any manufacturing defects or hardware failures under normal residential use.
