Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your Tappwater products in their original packaging, ensuring all components and filters are included to avoid restocking fees.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
